Original Kids Clothing company was a dream I carried around for a long time while working full time in an office. About 17 years ago I made the move to turn my dream into reality. You see I love to sew. I love turning good quality fabrics into practical, usable items. The walls of my physical shop are lined with bolts of fabric. As I sit there sewing bibs, booties, winter car bags and more I envision the happy families using my products.
While I started off with more items of clothing in my line Original Kids Clothing has evolved to meet my customers’ needs. Some of my items are unusual – such as the “High chair pad and restraint”. This item folds up small enough to disappear into a diaper bag – waiting for that awkward time when there is no high chair for baby. Everything is handmade with quality fabrics and sure to last for the growing family.
Recently I’ve become a grandmother – a double win – I have a beautiful grandson (you’ll see him “modelling”) and I get to see how practical my bibs, crib sheets, and sleeping sacs are – first hand!
