How to? Place the pad front and back of a regular chair and fasten it to the chair with built in ties.  The front tab comes up between the child’s legs and straps on either side go around the back of the chair to be tied securely. This high chair pad / restraint  will make meal times without a high chair less stressful.

Children should not be left unattended.
